The Program

Powerful Packages for Couples Counsellors is a one-to-one business-coaching program for experienced couples counsellors and relationship-focused practitioners.

It includes:

• 12 private 90-minute sessions, normally held weekly over 12 weeks;
• online delivery through Zoom;
• the Powerful Packages templates, materials and resource library supplied during the program;
• access to the Life Values Method Practitioner Kit and related materials; and
• reasonable email access for short questions relating to the program or the package you are building.

The Life Values Method 1:1 practitioner training is not included.

How We Will Work Together

Lee will provide business coaching, structure, questions, feedback and practical guidance. You will bring your professional knowledge, business context and judgement, make the final decisions and complete the practical work needed to build your package.

We agree to:

• attend sessions punctually and prepared;
• communicate honestly and respectfully;
• raise concerns early where possible; and
• take reasonable responsibility for agreed actions between sessions.

The program is collaborative and tailored to your practice. It does not guarantee a particular package, income, client result, business result or clinical outcome.

Scope and Professional Responsibility

The program is business coaching focused on offer strategy, client-journey design and package development. It is not:

• clinical supervision, therapy or case consultation;
• legal, financial, accounting, privacy or regulatory advice;
• crisis or emergency support;
• advertising management; or
• a done-for-you website, funnel or copywriting service.

You remain responsible for your clinical decisions, client suitability, informed consent, professional obligations, business decisions and implementation. Commercial structure must not override client welfare or your independent professional judgement.

Do not provide Lee with identifiable patient or client information. Use anonymised or composite examples when discussing client situations.

Sessions, Bookings and Attendance

Sessions are arranged through Lee’s Setmore calendar and held through Zoom unless otherwise agreed.

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• A no-show or change requested with less than 48 hours’ notice is ordinarily treated as a used session, unless Lee agrees otherwise because of exceptional circumstances.
• A session treated as used also counts as delivered when applying the change-of-mind refund schedule.

If the program needs to be paused, we will agree on the pause and intended restart date in writing. A long pause may affect momentum and the expected completion date.

Email Communication

You may email Lee with short questions about Powerful Packages or the package you are building. Lee will respond on a sensible, reasonably practicable basis during his normal working rhythm.

Email is not an instant-response service. Detailed teaching, substantial document review, strategic work and questions requiring an extended response are reserved for the scheduled sessions.

Program Fee

The current program fee is $4,997 AUD.

Payment in Full

Payment in full is the recommended option and is due before the program begins.

If you pay in full, the Powerful Packages resources and Life Values Method program/materials unlock after Session 1.

Split Payment Option

The split-payment price is $5,200 AUD, paid as:

• $2,200 before Session 1; and
• $3,000 after Session 4 and before Session 5, if you choose to continue.

The first payment provides access to Sessions 1–4 and the Powerful Packages materials after Session 1. After Session 4:

• you may confirm in writing that you wish to stop, in which case Sessions 5–12 will not be supplied and the remaining payment will not become due; or
• if you continue, the second payment provides Sessions 5–12 and unlocks access to the Life Values Method program and materials.

Payment-in-Full Change-of-Mind Refunds

If you pay in full and change your mind before Session 1, you may request a full refund of $4,997.

After Session 1, the program refund schedule is:

To end the program, email Lee and state your decision. The applicable refund is based on the number of sessions delivered or treated as used at that time.

Materials and Intellectual Property

Lee retains copyright and intellectual-property rights for the program, templates, Life Values Method and supplied materials.

You may keep and adapt supplied working materials for your own practice and use them with your own clients where professionally appropriate. You must not sell, publish, distribute or share the original materials, give others access to the resource library, represent yourself as the owner of the underlying materials, or use them to train other practitioners without written permission.

Your existing clinical methods, business information and materials remain yours. Any new package decisions and original material you create remain yours, excluding Lee’s underlying templates, frameworks and pre-existing intellectual property.

Confidentiality, Records and Recording

Lee will treat the business information you share as confidential and will only disclose it with your permission, where reasonably necessary to deliver the program, or where required by law.

Administrative and coaching records will be stored with reasonable security protections. De-identified themes may be used internally to improve the program, but identifiable information, testimonials or case studies will not be published without separate permission.

Neither party may record a session without the other party’s prior agreement.

Pause or Pivot the Program

You may pause or pivot the program by emailing Lee.

Pausing can be useful if something comes up in your business or life.

Pivoting the program in a new direction is also possible. Get in touch with Lee to discuss your options and what you want to work on.

Questions and Concerns

Please raise any questions or concerns with Lee as soon as possible so there is an opportunity to discuss and resolve them.

By submitting this agreement using the button below, you confirm that you:

• have read and understood it;
• have had the opportunity to ask questions;
• understand the scope of the program and your responsibilities; and
• agree to these terms.
